This notice explains how Lucy Antrobus ("I", "me") handles personal data collected through lucyantrobus.com. I am the data controller. You can contact me at create@lucyantrobus.com.
What I collect
When you submit the enquiry form, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organisation, role, the services you're interested in, group size, timing, location and your message.
Why I use it
I use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal for you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. I do not use it for marketing without your consent, and I never sell it.
Who processes it
- Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Calendly handles bookings if you choose to schedule a call.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which means your IP address is shared with Google when a page loads.
- YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) serves the embedded video on the Media page.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long I keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work, and deleted within 24 months of our last contact unless we have an ongoing working relationship.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict its processing. Email create@lucyantrobus.com to make a request. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in Portugal this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
